Frequently asked questions.

Late Policy:

10 Minutes.

-Our booking software will send you a confirmation text message and email 24 hours before your appointment and again 4 hours before your appointment if you missed the first one.

-You have up until 1 hour before your appointment to give us notice of cancellation. Either call or please login to the appointments page and reschedule your appointment.

-If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late please reschedule as soon as you realize this, or up to an hour before your appointment so that we won’t have to no-show you and charge you for the full appointment.

-If we miss your phone call. Please text the shop or leave us a voicemail. We try to check between appointments.


Appointment Confirmation:

-When you submit a request for an appointment we still have to approve it on our end.

-The approval window depends on your barber.

**When your appointment is confirmed please double/triple check the date. Quite a lot of folks mistake their appointment days.

-If your appointment is declined after being accepted, there will be a reason provided.


Parking:

-Best I got is: Plan ahead. It’s downtown Oakland, friend. You know the deal <3

*If you book on a first friday… Parking just doesn’t exist on those evenings.


Services:

-If you are unsure what service to book just book it as a full haircut and we will decide the proper service during your initial consultation.
